Oinam, November 17 - A one-day Political Convention was held at Oinam Awang Rural Library (RLO) playground organized by BJP Oinam Mandal. CM N. Biren, BJP Manipur Pradesh President A. Sardha Devi, Works Minister Th. Bishwajit, Education Minister S. Rajen, MPCB & KVIB Chairman MLA L. Radhakishore, BJP Manipur Pradesh Vice President and Bishnupur District in charge L. Meenabanta, BJP Bishnupur District Committee President RK. Bimola, BJP Oinam Mandal President Th. Mangi attended the event. CM N. Biren asserts that under the able supervision of PM Modi for an equal developed India, India has now become a Superpower. CM further affirms that within 9 months- 10 crores of people were completely vaccinated. Adding that "Development has no value if we don't live in peace" and said there was a time where people worried whenever a family member was out at late night. But, now a new era has overtaken, where a scheme like CMHT, Ujjwala is giving free healthcare and gas connection facilities to poor and needy, 'Go to Village' and 'Go to hills' were launched for meeting common people's grievances. The startup and Stand up program is now providing jobs to many skillful and educated youth. The goal of this Government is to provide independent livelihood, a peaceful and crime-free society, conversion of non-arable near Loktak into the fish farm, enhancing the economic resources under Loktak Livelihood Mission, said the CM. N. Biren further asserts that- to keep all these development processes in progress and to retain BJP led government he was there for campaigning and interacting with the people there. President A Sarda Devi said that BJP led government had brought peace, healthy law and order, women empowerment, good road connectivity, and many welfare programs bringing new changes which were not done by earlier INC-led government. Many Councillor, Pradhan, member, Karya Kartas of BJP, and locals of Oinam attended the convention.
